This gives some interesting insights. Something I would like to add to the 3rd point she makes, is that Intermittent Fasting is not skipping meals. It’s not skipping anything. It’s pushing your first meal back and condensing your total feeding window to expand your stomach greatly during this time. It’s manipulating how full you are going to feel at any given time.

 

I don’t recommend skipping meals. Skipping your lunch, or skipping your breakfast, is suddenly slashing your calories, and you end up paying the price for this later, whether this is that very evening, or the following day, doesn’t matter. You end up binging.

 

Don’t skip meals.
