Incorporate Daily Activity Into Your Schedule


I’m not a massive fan of veganism, but this is a useful tip. I’ve said before that this doesn’t necessarily need to be formal cardio, simple walking and hiking can be very useful. Or very casual swimming etc. Blocking some time out of you day every day for a few weeks will ingrain this habit into your subconscious. Before you know it, you’ll be “addicted” to exercise, making it very difficult to every gain weight again.


Set Some Proper Monthly Targets


For example:


  1. Hit 220 pounds by the end of the month
  2. Maintain all of my strength on the bench press at the end of the month when I test my 5RM
  3. Hit a 37 inch waist
  4. Hit 22% body fat by the end of the month (if you have calipers)


These monthly targets will keep your ass motivated, and they will keep you accountable. In the previous edition of this Fat Loss Tip series, I talked about keeping your fat loss goals private. Don’t tell others about them, as you’ll gain “social accolades/approval” before you even make any progress. Keep it as your own little secret. Then watch people’s faces when they’re shocked at all the weight you’ve lost šŸ˜‰
