Maintenance periods never sound sexy, but they aren’t periods of doing jack shit. They should be about creating, or re-gaining the correct eating habits required for success in the future, without the stress of being in a calorie deficit.


Ignore Politically Correct Nonsense


Wow. I’m just done reading this and it’s a f***cking brilliant article. It’s almost the female version of me. She’s nailed it. Go and have a read. This is another article I’m going to have to do a blog post on – very impressed.
