The vast majority of you guys are interested in getting your testosterone levels into the ideal range, and with good reason.

You’re fully aware of the realities of NOT being in this range, which include things like:

  • Low sex drive.

These two habits are destroyers of men.

I literally mean that.

Nothing will tank your testosterone levels and more than these two life suckers will.

You can talk about hitting the gym and eating steak & eggs & fish until you’re blue in the face.

But unless you STOP these two toxic habits, it’s all a waste of time. You WILL NOT get to 800-1200 testosterone if you keep limiting yourself with these self-destructive behaviours.

I did a couple of polls on Twitter and at least 25% of you are doing at least one of these on a DAILY basis (or more).

What are these exactly?

1. Watching Porn

FAR too many of you guys are watching this shit every day (or God forbid, more).

Within 7 days of quitting, you can expect a 140% increase in your T levels…what are you waiting for?

This stuff doesn’t just directly stamp out your ability to be high T, it’s also got indirect effects on your motivation for real life conquering (it all comes down to dopamine).

Why go and smash the gym or approach girls in real life when your subconscious believes it’s just had a sex party with 10 stunners in a million and one different positions?

Sounds daft, but that’s what you’re doing to your brain when you have 10 different tabs of porn open.

Your brain thinks you’ve “already won” from a dopamine standpoint, which then crushes your desire to go out and win in real life.

Meaning?

Low testosterone.

How To Quit

Now most of the stuff you’ll find on the internet will be absolutely irrelevant, talking about finding God and looking at your inner demons and stuff like that.

It’s not helpful.

The reality is that porn is a drug to your brain, and it requires an actual plan, not just “feelz”.

You wouldn’t tell a crackhead to find “inner peace” would you?

No, you’d get him to rehab before something life-altering happens to him.

Same logic applies to porn.

Here is the general outline:

If you want to quit porn, you’ll need to rewire your brain via Dopamine Fasting (more on this shortly).

During this Dopamine Fast, you don’t just “do nothing”. You have to:

  1. Actively go through your phone/laptop/mac, and delete any content that could ruin your fast. It’s absolutely critical that you do this properly, which includes unfollowing a TON of social media accounts.
  2. You’ve also got to get other physical baselines handled, which means several key activities that lead to the release of serotonin, endorphins and oxytocin. (The last thing you need during this 7 day period is to be sat around idle. It’s a bad idea.)
  3. You need to be “building your empire” during this 7 day period. Again, this is all related to replacing a negative focus/habit with a positive one. Sitting around doing nothing does NOT work.

2. Consuming Sugar

Now sugar really is a drug, and I have years and years of experience battling this.

This is the difference between 25% body fat year round, and 12% body fat year round.

This is the difference between 300 total testosterone (borderline castration), and 900 total testosterone (easy muscle gain, confidence, fat loss etc.)

This is MASSIVE.

And it’s a tricky one because it truly is everywhere, and it’s socially reinforced by the masses. Your friends, family and co-workers are (likely) constantly trying to add sugar into your diet whether they realise it or not.

All it takes is one bowl of sugary cereal in the morning, and before you know it, it’s 10am and you’re ravenous. You have a biscuit as a snack. 11am you want more.

And so the cycle continues…

How To Quit Sugar

The simple answer?

The same way you quit porn.

It’s a 7 day Dopamine Fast, where you don’t quit all sources of dopamine, just the unnatural ones, and the key thing is that you replace them with a positive focus, and the other pleasure hormones.

The result?

You completely RESET your brain within 7 days.

  1.
