Fat Loss Tips – #23

Okay, so I appreciate that my weakness is probably that I have too much of a broad, macro-level perspective on fat loss. I have almost become dismissive of the “little things” that add up to success over time.

These things are incredibly important, especially if you’re a relative beginner, or haven’t made progress in a while. Whilst long-term strategic planning is key, you also need day to day success as well.

Here’s today’s 3 top fat loss tips:

Accept That Everything Is Your Fault, And That You Are The Only One Who Has The Power To Fix Your Problems

Just read it.

Analyse Your Sources Of Weakness, And Eliminate Them

This guy is an older guy, and is very similar to a lot of you reading this. He smartly figured out that most diets fail because they fail to stop the person from wanting to eat bad shit at all. They focus on deprivation and unsustainable suffering, rather than manipulating the person’s actual appetite, like I’ve been saying for ages; this stuff is perfectly malleable – you can control it.

Anyway, have a read of how he intends to approach this challenge. He’s smart and is one step ahead of most people in regards to appetite manipulation.

Lower Carbs, But Only By As Many As Necessary

An excellent article written by Alberto Nunez, a guy who legitimately walks around at 7% body fat, year-round. Crazy stuff. He know what he’s doing. He talks here about how carbs and fat loss (at least in most people’s minds) are more or less the polar opposites of each other, and you must go low carb in order to make any progress.

He details why you need to keep your carbs as high as realistically possible (whilst still losing fat), and why this is better for long-term results and avoiding metabolic problems etc.

There you go; 3 quick but incredibly useful fat loss tips for you. Try them and your fat loss results will improve – get to work.
