One of the biggest things I always preach is that Intermittent Fasting allows you to lose fat in the most enjoyable way possible, because it does, that’s the truth.
You don’t enjoy drinking alcohol, nice meals out, Italian, Mexican etc. at breakfast.
But you do in the evening (for your meal 2).
Intermittent Fasting allows you to lose fat sustainably, without starving yourself, without sacrificing your entire life, and without rebounding. It’s awesome.
But what if you want to step it up a gear and lose fat faster?
What if you’re well and truly sick of not liking your appearance or how people respond to you?
What if you’re willing to do whatever it takes to get chiselled, attractive and to look 10+ years younger than your actual age?
Alcohol & Sugar
You may have heard me highlight the importance of both of these two on Twitter, and that they are often the bottlenecks for the majority of guys who are seeking to lose weight and maximise their appearance.
If you’re consuming either one on a regular basis, it will be that much harder to lose weight quickly with zero mucle loss, zero hunger and zero energy issues.
Now of course you have to look at the quantity. There is a big difference between 2-3 drinks per week, and then getting completely wasted 2-3 times per week.
Just like there’s a big difference between having a Mars bar or two after your big training sessions and then eating ice cream and cookies every other night in front of the TV.
But there’s no doubt that reducing both of these two, or even eliminating them, would make a huge difference to your fat loss efforts.
So how exactly do you go about doing that?
Alcohol – you have to go cold turkey. This means look at your calendar, and remove yourself from social occasions thta are going to jeapordise your appearance and health goals. Yes, if you want serious results, you have to get serious.
Sugar – With sugar, your best bet is to replace your current sources of sugar with better alternatives. This may include certain snacks like apples, avocados, oranges, and get more of these into your house, whilst simultaneously chucking out the cookies and biscuits.
Another good way to replace your sugar habits is to get some flavoured sparkling water and drink that instead – it fills you up for a grand total of…
