Get YOUR Alpha Physique – Fat Loss Tips #86

Capitalise On The 10* Rule

This is a review on Grant Cardone’s success vs failure book, and most of the principles carry over directly into fitness goals. The one that really stands out to me is this:

Never, ever underestimate the amount of effort it takes to get shredded. It’s hard. It’s a simple process, but requires a lot of effort and sacrifice.

Same thing with any other lofty goal.

Get The Alpha Male Physique

Aka the Superhero physique, and to quote the article (I love this):

A few ways to trim your waist down:

  • Diet.
  • Eat less shit.
  • Eat fewer calories.
  • Ab wheel rollouts
  • Hanging leg raises
  • Windshield wipers”

“Eat less shit” – yep, pretty much (haha).

He also emphasises building bigger, broader shoulders. I think broad shoulders complimented simultaneously really is the best way to guarantee having a sexually attractive body. Your face is more important, but your body can help a lot under some circumstances.

Definitely give the above article a read.

Actions ALWAYS Come Before Hacks

In this podcast, Alex talks about how you must act now, and act hard. Work now, work hard. Hacks and efficiency gains can only be made once you’re already having some level of success.

It doesn’t mean you can’t work hard – you always have to work for success. Stop being lazy.

There you go; 3 quick but incredibly useful fat loss tips for you. Try them and your fat loss results will improve – get to work.
