The ONE Mindset That’s Holding You Back From Intermittent Fasting Lifestyle Success
Every morning, I wake up and scroll through a bazillion notifications on Twitter, and most of the time there’s nothing too out of the ordinary. I mean, you always get some daft comments, haters etc.
But something that’s been a bit of a recurring theme is statements such as:
“Well it’s all good for you, but I’d say it’s easier said than done.”
Okay, I get it. If you’re trying to lose weight, gain muscle, and you’ve set some lofty goals for yourself, then it can seem a little overwhelming at times. Gaining 20 pounds of muscle is no easy feat. Getting down to 10% body fat is quite impressive (and I would argue for most, much more difficult too).
But I have a real problem with this kind of statement – something I’ve heard thousands of times over the years.
The problem is:
EVERYTHING IS EASIER SAID THAN DONE.
Actions > words.
Let me expand a little.
Well That’s Easier Said Than Done
To give you a little more context, the Tweet that received this response was the following one that went viral:
“How to avoid negative state drops, and keep rising forever:
+ Avoid sugar
+ Limit alcohol
+ Limit ejaculation
+ Pursue your #1 goal DAILY
+ Exercise HARD 3+ times per week
+ Sleep 7+ hrs
+ Avoid toxic people
+ Boost your income beyond $50k
Keep that positive momentum going.”
Well….of course they’re all easier said than done. No shit, Sherlock. That’s the whole point:
You must actually do these things, if you want to avoid negative states, and if you want to keep the positive momentum going. As always, I mean what I say.
Of course it’s easier to say “Avoid sugar”, and most people prove this, because they eat junk food all the time.
Of course it’s easier to say “Limit alcohol”, and most people prove this, because they get drunk all the time.
Of course it’s easier to say “Exercise HARD 3+ times per week, and most people prove this, because they’re so fucking lazy that they NEVER even go to the gym in the first place!
Of course everything is easier said than done….but I don’t care.
Of course going to the gym requires action rather than words, but I do it anyway.
Of course getting leaner requires action, but I did it anyway.
Of course working hard DAILY towards your number one goal requires action rather than words, but I do it every day anyway.
If you want to get down to 10% body fat and get chiselled, striated abs, chest, delts, and bulging biceps, you’re going to have to take action. If you want to boost your bench press up to 250 pounds, you’re going to have to take action. If you want to lower your body fat % set-point, and stay at 10% body fat for the majority of the rest of your life, you’re going to have to take very smart and specific action (most people mess this last part up).
Anything worthwhile requires A LOT of action.
On that note, the best way to take very smart and specific action is to get onto the Intermittent Fasting shredding bandwagon.
You’ll not only get really lean and look miles better, but you’ll stay this way forever. The only time you may regain weight in the future is if you want to lean-bulk. The point is, you do it by choice, rather than by accident (like most people).
The Intermittent Fasting Lifestyle meal plans I’m now offering are designed to do exactly this. They’ll get you to your lowest body fat ever, and they will keep you there, if you so desire.
They are tailored specifically to your needs and goals, and always have the long-term in mind, rather than a quick-fix solution.
But you need to act now whilst they’re still an absolute STEAL.
They’re currently priced at an insane:
I should (and will) be charging a lot more for such a valuable resource.
Specifically, the price will be going up to $48 before the end of the month (so less than 3 weeks!).
GET IN THERE NOW WHILST THEY’RE STILL CHEAP!
See you next time 🙂
