The Prisoner Workout is great as you can do it at home and it doesn’t cost you anything. It will build a base level of total body strength, balance and co-ordination. It will also be great for fat loss as it will burn plenty of calories (provided you do plenty of volume and keep the rest times lower).
Just be aware that it will only take your strength so far before you need more resistance in order to keep progressing. Therefore this will be good for you as long as you don’t need to prioritise strength as your primary goal for a while.
