Paul talks about being more active, walking a lot, finding foods that make you full, limiting junk food, scaling stuff back etc.
Silent (or not so silent, these days) Mike talks in the above video about how his biggest mistake was always not prioritising one thing. When bulking, he was too concerned about not gaining fat. When cutting, he was too focused on maintaining strength.
Yes, you want to maintain strength whilst dieting. But after you lose about 7-8% of your initial body weight, you will almost always start to lose strength, unless you’re a beginner.
