This is tip #3 in the above article. Fruit can be some of the most satiating snacks out there. I’m a massive fan of sweet fruit, particularly during a fat loss phase. They can be great during the late morning before you break your fast properly, and also later on in the evening to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Whether it’s apples, berries, watermelon, strawberries, pears, mango’s, pineapple, doesn’t matter. They’re all great, keep you sane when your cravings are starting to rise, and are far better than ice cream. Honestly, this is why I recommend having a small-ish, sweet snack every evening. It prevents your cravings from rising too high in the first place. It’s a lot easier to keep them manageable that way. Whereas when they’re already really high, it’s difficult to control them.
Testosterone genuinely is on the decline in the West, it’s been proven over and over again, and as I’ve said before, doctors are moving the goalposts in terms of what is officially “normal” or “acceptable” levels of testosterone. Specifically, as the average testosterone of the male population falls, the “normal” level prescribed by doctors also falls. Very silly.
