Instead, solve the damn problem yourself, as everything in your life is your fault, and external solutions achieve nothing in the long-term.

Another great article from Revolutionary Lifestyle Design. Very informative and entertaining. There’s a few golden ones in there about high volume training, hiring a Personal Trainer for a rdiciulously expensive fee etc.

 

I don’t really agree with #6 and #19, but apart from that it’s great.

 

Write Down A “Fitness Lifestyle” Plan

 

How would your fitness lifestyle look if you were already lean? What kind of food would you be eating? How much training would you be performing to hit your goals? How few overall stressors would you have in your life? Start thinking about fitness in terms of overall lifestyle instead of:

 

  • The next wedding
  • The next beach holiday
  • The next night out
  • Etc.
