eBook Update – The Method

Posted on April 6, 2017 in Books, Happiness, Lifestyle, Sustainability

The eBook is currently at the final stages of editing, and will be ready for release before the anticipated date (end of April). At the moment, it’s looking like Friday 14th April.

Just as a reminder, it’s a step-by-step guide to achieving long term happiness as a man, with a load of great info regarding:

  • Fitness
  • Health
  • Women
  • Money
  • Goal-Setting
  • Time Management
  • Motivation
  • Freedom

I’m also going to be including some freebies on top of all this. So, not only are you getting a 250+ page book that improves your entire life for £9, but you also get free stuff as well, including:

– A mission discovery, and long-term life planning document

– A goal setting, time management & calendar system

The time management system is what I’ve used to completely transform my productivity and success. You can see exactly where you are spending most of your time, and which activities fall into the 80/20 rule – 20% of your activity leads to 80% of your success.

In The Method, I highlight the two key “roadblocks” to people’s happiness, and provide an action plan for how to overcome these.

This plan comes in the form of a detailed Happiness Model, which is highly customisable to YOU and YOUR circumstances, and helps to give you perspective, target your weak points, and figure out where you need to focus your energy in the future. This stuff has the potential to be life changing.

I also provide the Forever Alpha Fitness Model, which incorporates all kinds of guys with differing fitness goals, and the best way to go about achieving them.

There will be a LIFETIME money-back guarantee also, whereby if you think the 250+ page eBook isn’t worth the £9, you will get your money back, no questions asked.

In regards to the specific release date, I will keep you posted.

Next Friday seems likely.

Sharing is caring!

    1. 80% of the Method is completely new content. The Fitness Model itself of course overlaps a lot with the blog, but it ties it all together nicely, with some specific guidelines for different types of people.
