Information On The Upcoming eBook – Long Term Happiness
This is the largest, most comprehensive and exciting piece of work I’ve ever created.

What is the book about?
It’s essentially a guide to achieving happiness as a man. By this I mean long term happiness, as anyone can make themselves happy for a few hours – just order a pizza and watch a film.

So although there is a definite process, some readers may be ahead of others and may not need to pay as much attention to certain areas of life.
Part 1 focuses on long term happiness – the kind of changes to your life that will elevate your baseline levels. Part 2 focuses on short term changes, particularly how making changes to your body will impact your long term happiness.
Section 1 will give you everything you need to know in regards to designing your life in a way that will make YOU happy. Very few people actually have life goals that are important to themselves, and are not reliant upon anybody else.
Section 2 gives you the key to long term success with your physique, and maintaining motivation.
The book is over 250 pages long and holds some amazing content. Despite the high quality, comprehensive nature of the book, it will be priced at less than £10.
