Starving yourself never results in an Alpha Physique. It’s only appropriate for if you’re getting on stage, and natural Bodybuilders on stage do not look Alpha. They’re flat, depleted, and stringy. Frankly, you’re better off dieting slowly so you don’t lose muscle.
