  • Athleticism
  • Greater neural efficiency
  • Fast-twitch fibre training (so can be anabolic to some degree)

Try A Minimalist Training Routine

 

The main benefits behind this are that you save time. You get almost exactly the same results and stimulation across all your major muscle groups, but in less time. This frees up more time for cardio and fat loss training specifically. Weight training is for muscle. Cardio for fat. During a diet, and your beach body quest, you want to be doing cardio.
