I’m all about the Pareto Principle – not only for the increase in results, but also the time savings. There is a huge opportunity cost with not utilising the Pareto Principle (the 80/20 rule). If you don’t use it, you end up making all kinds of dieting errors, regaining body fat, and spending way too much time in the gym. This takes time away from the family, making more money and traveling. You end up spinning your wheels whilst trying really hard to make progress.
Use the Pareto Principle however, and you spend less time and effort, AND you get better results. 20% of your actions will get 80% of your results. Examples would be:
- Start Intermittent Fasting for appetite suppression & social freedom
- Start drinking coffee for appetite suppression
- Focus all of your efforts on the compound lifts in the gym
