A good video from Jason talking about something I’ve been aware of for a while – training will sometimes be boring. Getting results requires consistency, and consistency can get boring, especially if progress stalls or is somewhat slow.
But just be aware that this happens and it’s life. Something you can do though to spice training up is to implement AMRAP sets into each workout as it adds competitive fun into the mix. Also change up the variations of exercises every so often.
